Use Coulomb's law for this one

F = q1*q2 / (4*Pi*epsilon*r^2)

The proton and the electron have an equal and opposite charge of 1.6*10^-19 C.

The answer exactly is 9.207608 x 10^-8

So I would go for (D)

By the way, you do not need the mass of the particles to work out Electric Force.
