I'am the only citizen of united states in my family.They live in Mexico.some body told me that i can apply when i'll have 21 now am 22 but I'm still don't know what to do to help them.

Visit your local immigration office to get all ??? answered. When it comes to answers, always consider the source. Be smart about it and ask the proper individuals.

That is going to be a very long and difficult road considering how many Mexican nationals are trying to get into the US... you are probably better of just bringing her through the hole in the fence..
