if i were to rearange some wires in the psp could i plug the ps2 or 3 into it and use the psp as just a monitor?or did they make a special wire already for that? and if not psp can i plug it up too my ipod?

If you never want to use your PSP as a PSP then yes, you can use the PSP screen for your PS2/3.

PSP and iPods cannot be directly plugged into each other. You would want to use a PC to transfer files from one to the other.
