He has his own car. Dresses pretty nice, but has no job (and hasn't had one in over a year) and still lives at home with his mom, even though he swears it's his house. Plays Madden for fun, is balding so he pretty much always wears a baseball cap flipped backwarks even though he's 30, always wears shorts, and can't talk without lying. Is this a scrub to you?

If a scrub is the same thing as a scum i would say yes.
Someone that is 30 , lives at home and doesn't hold a job needs to seriously get a life.!!

i dont know if he's a scrub, but he's some kind of negative lazy word... he needs to get a job and an apartment of his own... there's still hope for him yet, but he's no good for right now. The balding and baseball cap do not matter at all, even the video games should be accepted, since ALL guys i know play an unreasonable amount of video games... but he needs a job. Staying at your folks is okay for short spurts while you are in transition, but not as a permanent place of residence... and the lying HAS TO STOP.
