There are many Latin countries that have extended dual citizenship recognition with the United States. Some include:


Brazil
Chile
Colombia
Costa Rica
Dominican Republic
Ecuador
El Salvador
Panama
Peru
Uruguay

So, it is not exclusive to Mexico or the UK

Under U.S. law you can not have citizenship in any other country. If you know someone that has dual citizenship you should report them to the U.S. Immigration, I am sure they can help with one or the other citizenship.

Just Mexicans naturalized U.S Citizens, or Americans naturalized Mexican citizens qualify.
Most inhabitants in the border area have both nationalities.
