False: a higher concentration means there are more particles that can react, so more reactions take place, making the overall reaction faster.
If for example you think of a room and everyones throwing balloons about, the more balloons there are in a smaller space, the more likely they are to bump into each other. This is the same in reactions, if there are more particles,they're more likely to bump into each other, so the reaction is faster.
