ok i who can tell me how to clear away the algae? i have level three of farming but the prompt still comes up telling me to find the special fish. where are these fish?

Get to level three in farming. (90,000 points.) Then put any 'master farmers' that you have into the pond with the waterfall, they will catch the fish, then go put the fish into the ocean. It took me MANY tries, it needs alot of algae eating fish!
When it succeeds you will get a green pop up notice that is titled "Sustainable Fishing."

put a master farmer into the lagoon, you may have to do it a few times like everything else, but eventually they will catch the fish you are looking for.
