I think they could get to the conference final but that's as far as they go. I'm still not convinced they could win against the Pistons when it really matters in the playoffs.

I think that the Cav's and Lebron will do quite well throughout remainder of the season they would probably finish where they are 2nd place in the East Standings. The Detroit Pistons will stay where they are....and Lebron stats will go up slightly, not by alot....

They were making a nice little run but lebron is out for a bit so they might slow a little but cavs fans should not be concern at all because they've played well without him this season.

Eastern Conference Finals...They have a team that has experince in the playoffs now. LeBron will step his game up in the playoff. Their team is built for the playoffs.

i think the cavs will make it to the 2nd round because they will have to play the pistons who will win it all
