Here is the general rule.

The first element just uses its name. The prefix tells you how many, but is left out if it is only one.

The second element gets an "ide" ending. The prefix tells you how many.

Here are your first two, you can solve the rest

Iodine Hexafluoride
Tribromine Octaoxide

To help with the tongue, if there are two successive vowels, one is dropped. For exampe, CO is Carbon monoxide not Carbon mono-oxide.
