I know so many cases when women were cajoled by men into overstaying their visas, into false marriages (where some friend "performed" an illegal ceremony), were promised marriage if they stay on, and then, after these men tired of them, were thrown out to be picked up by law enforcement and deported. These women broke the law and paid for it; what about these men? Why aren't they are prosecuted? Just because they are citizens?

Well that hap pends a lot and I can assure you that not all go unpunished...The ones that I know that done such harm to a woman end up in jail and the woman get protected by the law of US... I can assure you that is truth...So not all of the US citizen males that harm an woman, even if she is living here illegally or oversaty visa go unpunished...That's why she should report the abuse...To the local police...

Proof? I don't think so. For example when they had the raid on the Swift Foods there were lots of ILLEGAL men that were deported.

I don't know what you are referring to regarding men who were "citizen" and weren't deported. Citizens aren't deported.

Get your facts straight before you say something stupid and look like an ignorant fool.

Those women are guilty of 2 crimes.

1. overstaying their visas and trying to circumvent immigration policy.

2. Bad taste in men.

Notice only one of the above is punishable by law.
