I have a project to do in my chemistry class but I can't find a website that shows 3d models of the molecularstructure. Any help or info of it is great. Thanks!

http://www.usdoj.gov/dea/pubs/cngrtest/ct121101.html

and I'l look for more
http://redpoll.pharmacy.ualberta.ca/drugbank/cgi-bin/getPDB.cgi
and you get an online tool with the structure which you can use

You can download thepdb file at
http://redpoll.pharmacy.ualberta.ca/drugbank/cgi-bin/getCard.cgi?CARD=APRD00387

If you don't have programs to see the pdb file and export and image I can do that for you and send you the picture.

or if you want to do it on your own then you can download Rasmol for free from http://wbiomed.curtin.edu.au/teach/biochem/help/download.html
Install it, get the pdb file from the page I told you (click on the "click here for PDB" then copy all and paste into a notepad (or word) document. The important thing is to save as text-only. Then change the ending of the file from .txt to .pdb and open with rasmol. From then on you can choose the angle, colour, type of model etc and then export a gif image.
