its almost certain that they ll break if they are long enough. there are though many things to do to make them stronger and keep them unbreakable for sometime. you can use base polish (the transparent one), drink lots of milk and have a high iron level in your blood.

One problem with biting your nails is that it shortens the dimensions of your nailbed, so that's more problematical to strengthen them lengthy even if you end biting them. Now that you've end biting them, your major purpose should be attempting to strengthen them flippantly without permitting them to spoil. Clip your nails to a similar length every time plausible (if one is way longer than the others, it might want to be the single to break). once you record your nails, record in undemanding words in a unmarried route and do not record the corners. Sawing motions damage your nails. If it helps, follow a nail hardener and a layer of polish. The polish may help you withstand biting them back considering that they are going to be so exceedingly :) basically make certain now to not %. the polish off. in case you chip it off including your fingers, you may damage the nail below. Nails take awhile to strengthen out thoroughly (six months) yet you should work out some fantastic strengthen in only one month in case you're taking care of them. also - this can nicely be an old better halves' tale - yet you would possibly want to attempt eating some almonds an afternoon for the fatty oils to strengthen your nails.

Yes, I do. You have a point. I just paint them with clear polish and they stay stronger.
