Since there're no other sources of selenium in a shampoo, you could use ICP-AA (inductively coupled plasma atomic absorption) to determine how much selenium is in there. Other AA methods are around too. Read more here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atomic_absorption_spectroscopy

I've never even heard of "OF BP." What is that?
