I really need your help.. I want to know more about the Gaia Theory... coz I need to make my reaction about that theory...

Basically, the whole point of gaia theory is that you can think of (not that it is, but that you can think of) the entire planet as one living organism. In a regular organism things are somewhat subdivided (lungs respire, heart circulates blood, liver and kidneys detoxify blood, etc.), and then depend on the correct functioning of everything else. Similarly in gaia you can say that different ecosystems, different life forms, etc. all depend on each other.

Gaia maintains the environment constant, much as a human body keeps its temperature constant and its own internal environment in balance.
Moreover, the Earth is an incredibly complex mess of interconnected systems, but the equilibrium they achieve is in no way deliberate. When something disrupts, things change, and a new balance is achieved. The system only looks tuned for life because we're a product of said system.
