The 95%, but nothing really tops bleach. Iodine works best on skin, though.

95% would be better since it has the higher amount of alcohol. But we dont use them in wounds simply because 95% is too strong that aside from disinfecting your wounds, it might also damage some open tissues in the wound. That's why most of the commercial alcohol for disinfection purposes has a maximum concentration of 70%.

95% causes too fast dehydration of the cell, blocking further entry of ethanol into the cell and the remaining dehydrated cell can sometimes act as a spore and "revive" when conditions become suitable.
