and tell ur styler u want your hair to look just like that...then your makeup.. use light colors i would recommend using neutrogena bronzer that stuff is amazing but get it in your color.. use light shades on your lips..wear eye liner on your upper lid and bottom... try this it really works.. curl your eye lashes for 20 seconds...then put a layer of mascara on..wait until dry then curl ur lashes again for 20 seconds and add another layer it makes ur lashes huge and hilary wears them like that.. look through pictures on google and find cool clothes she wears and try to buy her style :] good luck

hilary duff has been struggled with eating disorders, and has had veneers put on her teeth, and i heard she uses an electronic vocal set for her singing, not that im trying to bash her, but everyone has their flaws, and you should try to be your own original person!- God bless!

maybe color too.
lose a couple pounds. i mean she IS skinny!
have a pink lip gloss with a bronze cheek and a grey-brown smokey eye.
ahve your style girly but with an edge.
