If you are already in the US illegally, your employer cannot legalize you. But you could just wait for US Govt to grant green cards for all illegals who can prove 10 years or so of residency in this country - just like they do once in a while.

I'm not sure I understand your question. If you are asking if your employer can legalize you, I don't think so.

Hell he shouldn't even be employing you in the first place.
