a) CH4
b) NCl3
c) BF3
d) CS2

I would guess a) and d).

a) is methane which has 4 covalent C-H bonds, not very polar

b) and c) contain CL and F which are both ionic, and should be quite polar.

d) CS2 has 2 double covalent bonds, and thus not very polar.

CH4 and probably CS2.
