whoah, wow, you sure waited a while. Try: http://www.davidsprom.com/dresses.jsp
It has amazingly cute dresses in your price range. As for your hair, it depends on what type, length, ect. (like long, short, wavy, straight, curly, thick, thin, ect.)

$300 is plenty.

Uh....if you have long hair, I suggest a partial up-do with curls cascading down the back. If it is short...well, have it done by a stylist.
Either way, make your appointment NOW, you are already late as is.

JC Penney's has a nice selection of dresses.

Also, this site might be able to help: http://www.cocomyles.com They make custom dresses from what you want (color, cut, style, even "the bling")...but you need to call them and make sure they can get it to you on time. One of my friend used them and had a BEAUTIFUL dress!

Good luck!

I got my prom dress at Davids Bridal, no one else had it and it was around 100 bucks. Go for a color and style that is timeless, no lime green foo foo suff.

good luck, you will be fine!

go for the princess look, you could do this full dress or not by purchasing a white dress with an umpire waist and flowing material and an updo for your hair smokey eye make up nude lips etc.
