A hot bath with Epsom Salts can help alleviate many of the aches and pains that accompany flu and colds. Afterward, a quick rinse in the shower to rid your body of any residue.

If you are female, baths would be bad because unless your tub is really clean all the time, you risk getting infections. Showers are also faster and cleaner in general.

On the other hand, taking a bath is relaxing and can be good for your mental health. Try some spa products.

I would say stick with showers and only bath on occasion.

In regards to colds and illnesses, showers are healthier. I take my hot, relaxing, steamy showers with Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Eucalyptus Bar Soap, because the invigorating, intense scent of Eucalyptus makes me feel so good and refreshed. I also love to smell the scent of Eucalyptus because it makes me super duper healthy as well as clean and less sluggish.

I don't know what's healthier but when you're sick you don't wanna stand up in the shower....it just feels nice to be in a nice warm bath and relax.
