No. What you should is get laser hair removel. I had it done and so did my Mom. It is MUCH easier! It wont cost you any more money for all of those razors. It isn't painful either. Bleaching your body hair won't get rid of you hair like shaving. Besides it wont stay blond for a long time, you will keep having to bleach it and bleach it. That is painful and tiring. Laser hair removel gets rid of your hair FOREVER!!!!!!! It is so great! You don't have to worry about any hair being on your legs or under your arms, or whereever. Trust me on this one, i would go for laser hair removal.

There is also waxing, that is less expensive in a short term period, but in the long run permanet hair removal is much more affordable. If you keep waxing all the time that might get pretty painful, but permanet hair removal is quick and easy.

If you arms are dark and have alot of hairs on your arms, bleaching them might be alot better. If you shave them or wax them, that will make your arm hair grow back darker and sooo much thicker! Don't do that, just bleach your arms. My friend had really hairy arms, and she bleached them, and it looked 100 times better!

Legs- no. Remember how much little girls want to get rid of their peach fuzz? If you're thinking about bleaching your arm hair, I say go for it. I had a friend with dark, thick hairs and she bleached them, which made her arms look A LOT better and it stayed for a long time too.

No - I wouldn't recommend bleaching unless you have sparse, fine hair and pale skin. Otherwise, you'll end up w/ fuzz that contrasts w/ your skin color.

Waxing or permanent laser hair removal are better options. Waxing is definitely more affordable in the short-term.

if not that, you can always wax.
