Anyone know any way to make my breasts firmer? Im only 17 and they have already began to sag a little. Im a 36D and dont wanna have to get a boob job by the time Im 18. lol Which I wouldnt even consider but anyone know any tricks?

I do wear a bra at all times and wear sports bras in doing physical activity.

Well, while it might sound strange, you need to build your pecs up. While you might think that "pecs" are on men, they are also BEHIND a womens breasts. They should make your breasts firmer, but might make them look larger.
If you would no tlike to do that, you could always just wear your bras. Wearing a bra at all times is a must for a busty women like yourself, so i would start doing so if I were you.
I did not receive this problem when I was 7. At that time, I would say I was about a 36DD cup size. My breasts were not sagging (at least nociabley) but I was afraid they might. So, when I started developing, I started wearing a bra at all times. When I was sleeping, walking around, sick, anytime.

when you run or do any physical activity, a sports bra is a must. That's what will mainly cause sagging, they need support.

Get a better supporting bra, try victorias secret which has many different bras for many different shapes.

A good bra will support you! I'm a 34DD, and swear by Fredericks of Hollywood for practical yet slutty underwear!

You can try putting lotion on your boobs everynight and before you work out. Also Victoria Secrets has a skin firming cream made just got boobs. I think it works. Good luck.

push up bra from victorias secret. its amazing. my sister had the saggiest boobs and i got her a gift certificate to vic secrets and it s like magic.
