i have tried the tanning creams and they cause rashes so i was thinking of going to a tanning salon but wanted to know if it might affect my skin

I have eczema, have for 17 yeras, and it didnt really affect my skin at all, better or worse - i dont go anymore b/c tanning beds are dumb lol
if you go into the sunlight though and tan its better for your skin because of vitamin k or something - my dermatologist told me so

I had a roommate who swore by tanning beds to help curb her ezcema. She said it smoothed out her skin. She was an irish girl with really pale skin and only tanned for 20 minutes a time a couple days a week.

I know people with ezcema that go tanning, they don't have any problems with it.

tanning beds are good but start off easy and talk to the proffessionals that work there
