Most stores don't carry a 2? I see them everywhere. Nordstrom's, SAKS, White House / Black Market all have great formal wear.

go to the kids section and get like a 14 or 16 and look on the bright side no one else will have the same dress as you.
or you can also make it yourself or have it made for u. or alter the dress thats too big for u
