Drink a six-pack of beer a day

Do a lot more running or jogging, also....keep doing your situp routine, like about a hundred or so a nite. Just add the running and burning calories part to your routine, also, skip the McDonalds part of the routine, or any other fast food.

By burning a lot of calories in an active lifestyle, and skipping the junk food, you should start to see your abs in about a month, provided you are allready in shape.

Good luck, I think a six pack is sexy, my husband used to have one :-)

Yes spot toning doesn't work.
You'll need to lose body fat and tone you abdominal muscles. My suggestion is to run for 45 minutes every day; eat a low-fat diet and keep doing your sit-ups as well as a few other abdominal exercises including:
- lying on your back and raising your legs in the air, hold them at 80°, 60°, 40°, 20° and 2cm off the ground each for 15 seconds (increase as you improve)
- lying on your back with one leg 2cm off the ground and the other with the knee as close to your face as possible, try to touch your knee with your opposite elbow without twisting your back.

On top of that you should do some sit-ups, dips and chin-ups to keep your body in proportion. Good luck!

Note: don't do sit-ups quickly, do all abdominal work slowly! Most of the muscles down there are slow-twitch so don't respond very well to quick actions. Slow things down as much as possible, it will be harder!

Johnny's answer was really good.

Here's what I did to get mine:
Ab routine:
1) Straight Leg Lifts:
-hold onto a stable bar, put legs straight into the air and just lift your hips up and down.
2) Leg lifts:
-hold onto stable bar, and move entire legs up and down
3) Cable crunch
-Kneel in front of cable-pulleys and pull down like you doing a sit-up.
4) Sit-Up twists

*Google those exercises to see what they look like.

Monday: lifted and hit the pool
Tues: Abs and hit the pool
Wed: lifted and hit the pool
Thurs: Abs and hit the pool
Fri: lifted and hit the pool
Sat: Abs and hit the pool
Sun: rest

When you lift, contract and squeeze those abs...that's an Ab workout in itself.

do fewer sit ups in a longer time period rather then doing a bunch in a day the a bunch the next day, and when your happy with your results lessen your amount of times a week you do them, but don't stop all together or your pack will fade.
