Yes, many do, alot of guys I know go to tanning beds. When tanning is in season here, guys look as good tanned as the girls do.

If your skin tone tends to be naturally pale/ghost-like, then you may want to consider tanning a bit. lol But if you already have some color, then there's no need to do so...and if you're already as cute as you say you are, you won't need tanning to keep girls interested... :)
