Simple...YOU DON'T. If you want to use the internet for purposes other than general browsing or library related sites...that is fine. If you want to do anything else...get a job....buy a computer...and get a free dial up account for your own use.

If your trying to hack into the library computers, then your too inexpierenced if you can't disable the firewall.
If your trying to disable it to use certain programs that aren't allowed, keep out MSN and use porn somewhere out of public.

try anonymouse.org.. takes a while for pages to load since it has to go through another server somewhere, but it works against our firewall at work
