It could be that when you were at work the site was up, but later it was down. The advanced description would be that your ISP does not have DNS info for pge.com So to test your connectivity do this:

in your browser type http://131.89.128.50 that is the direct ip for pge.com. If that works, your ISP has a DNS problem, and you need to tell them. if that does not, in a command window type ping 131.89.128.50 If that says host not reachable you may have other problems, but since you said you can go to other sites, I do not think it is on your end.
