21 is to gamble and drink.
I think at times you can be 18 and enter clubs. You'll have to check with the specific club on their rules.

The answer for all your questions is 21. This city is built around that age and the bouncers at clubs check ID's like their very lives depended on it.

21,21, and 21......always has been 21 !!! But I found out, that even teens find away to get alcohol, from people who are of age.. And there's lots of "Teen Club's" to go too, out in Vegas.. But I'd be careful while your there, my Mom just told me recently that there's 13 "Earthquake fault lines, running through Vegas, and that Vegas is all turning into a "Sinking City" because of all the people over the years, watering their lawn's in the summer's, and the city being built on nothing but sand.. So, sound a bit like God's pulling a "Sodom & Gamorhea" on Vegas, here anytime soon!!! He just flat-out "Blew-up" Sodom & Gamorhea!! Because no one there would repent of their sins, and I wouldn't be surprised if something really terrible happens to Vegas one day!!! Just a little too scary for me too visit there again, now! But, have fun , and maybe if you went somewhere on the "Outskirt's of town" your family would be a bit safer, just in case!! Smile!!!
