If I were you I would take it into the shop your oil is contaminated , most likely water, A common way for this to happen is to have a cracked head, block or a blown head gasket. I am not saying that I am right but If I am and you continue to drive it you will burn a motor. A rebuilt from the manufacturer will cost you about $5000 plus. I don't know whether you own the cab or not but even if you don't it is worth a few hours of lick time to make sure that you can work again tomorrow

Blown head gasket almost for sure. Usual cause is overheating but maybe from poorly tensioned head bolts/studs. Coolant (water) is getting into the oil. The sound you hear is gas escaping from either one cylinder into another or into the outside air. If you continue to drive it you will destroy the engine.
Cure is to remove the cylinder head, have it milled flat, replace the head gasket and have the head tightened down correctly, then reset the valve clearances. If it is an overhead cam engine the job is more complex. For some engines it is advisable to have the head bolts tensioned again after running the car a few days.
In most cases this is a routine job and does not take very long.
You must also find and cure the cause of overheating.

Head gasket needs replacing the milky colour is because water is getting into the oil, the noise is because air is blowing from the same gasket, the engine will start misfiring and may cut out completely if its not repaired.

The water causes extreme excess wear on all bearings etc. I wouldn't drive except to the repair shop. if it is a long way change the oil first so it will get there. Count on head gasket, possibly other mechanical failures that will be exposed when head is removed for machining.

The milky oil is from water being mixed with it, this is most likley from your cooling system. The sound in your engine could be a few different things, it will be no longer reliable. It needs to be repaired ASAP.

either motor's head gasket is blown, and coolant or water is mixing with oil or if vehicle is equipped with oil cooler on radiator ,may be coolant go toward oil side when pressure is build in radiator. some of the car esp. malibu etc with 3.1 litre engine have intake gasket problem and coolant leaks thro it. engine makes noise when there is not enough lubrication .

You have a blown head gasket especially if you have white smoking coming out of your tail pipe, or you have coolant going into your oil.

coolant in the oil. probably from a leaky head gasket or maybe a crack in the cylinder head or cylinder wall.
