I'm getting married one week after you, and The stress is causing me to wake up sick in the middle of the night. People handle stress differently. Some people become physically ill, others turn into bridezilla. I've stared to let people take of Minor wedding details for me (I'm a control freak and wanted to everything my self.) This has helped reduce my stress and i don't feel sick as often. So when people offer to help take them up on their offer.

It's probably stress related. It doesn't necessarily mean that you don't want to get married or that you are unhappy. BUT, wedding planning is very stressful and the month or so before the wedding, when all the bills are starting to come due and final decisions must be made is the worst. Try to carve out some non-wedding time to relax--also focus on the reasons that you are happy in your relationship. If the stomach problems still persist, you should probably see your doctor.

I am getting married in April too so I know how you are feeling. It's probably due to stress. Although it is fun planning a wedding, it is a very stressful time. Take about 10 minutes for yourself each morning and evening to meditate. Also, take a nice lavender bath. Spend a little time doing something you enjoy that is not wedding related. Most importantly, Know that everything will be fine and you will have a wonderful wedding.

Yes...you have the good ole' "before the wedding" nerves. Sorry to say but the only remedy is going to be for you to get married...hee hee. But I had the same thing too and actually yoga helped me out a whole lot with the stress and clearing my mind. I was able to eat meals, but nothing big until I was getting in my wedding dress did I actually want to eat. It sucks that you are going through this but try to relax anyway that you can and it will all be okay. Good Luck!!!

Your wedding is not for a while. A month is a long time to feel like that. On the plus side, it's probably the best diet ever and don't all brides want that? Congratulations on getting married. Calm down and enjoy it!

Just find a relaxing place and don't think about the wedding. Yes people get nervous and throw up, me i had no time, did most of the stuff myself...Try and find something non wedding related to do, be selfish and take some time just for you....

I'm getting married 2 days before you!!! Congrats!!! I am nervous too, but I think more about the ceremony. I know he is the right guy so I am not worried about that. Maybe you should just sit down and discuss if you have any fears coming up with your fiance!!! Congrats again!!!

Maybe you just have the flu or a virus. Do you only feel this way when you think about the wedding?
