Clearasil and Nutrogena products can be found in most pharmacies and health&beauty sections of major department stores. A good place to start is Watsons--they have lots of branches in many cities all over the Philippines. Sometimes, though, they don't always have the complete Clearasil and Nutrogena lines in stock at Watsons (e.g. I only saw the Clearasil anti-acne face powder in stock once in a year), but some stores are better stocked than others. A big Watsons is your best bet.
Essenses at Rustan's (an upscale department store chain here) usually has the complete Nutrogena line.

I'm a Clearasil user- i can practically buy Clearasil anywhere in major drugstores here (mercury, watsons), convenience stores (7-11), hypermarts (shopwise, puregold), departments stores (SM, Robinsons, Landmark in Makati) and other beauty specialty stores.
Nutregena can be bought in watsons, SM, Robinson's, Landmark, Rustan's and other beauty specialty stores like Beauty Bar in Glorietta, Makati.

In the malls, look for pcx, beauty bar, watson's. they also have in supermarkets - shopwise, hypermart. or in department stores - SM, rustans, robinson's.
