easy. it just needs a small web address.
save the picture on your computer
go to http://www.tinypic.com and upload it there
copy the address
go to the "caption" field of your myspace picture and type in the following
don't write URL, instead, put in the address from when you uploaded the picture on tinypic

Upload a picture at TINYPIC.COM for the smallest URL so it will fit in you caption. Then copy the URL that is under the "URL Link: for email and instant messenger", then type the following code < img src=" URL LINK HERE" > stuff (no spaces); Insert the URL Link you got from TINYPIC between the quotation marks. The you can go to "Add/Edit Photos", and upload your caption. In the caption space, NOW you type Type the whole thing, then submit!!

like inside the picture? if thats the case you need photoshop.
