Sorry, if you are planning on getting rid of someone's email address, there's no way for you to do it. you can send spam, but the server will most likely stop you because you are spamming :)
With some of the free email accounts, the person who owns the account will need to not login for a certain period it will become inactive (90 days?). But I'm sure if you do not login for a year, they'll cancel the account.

cant do it sorry.its ran by dns and there is no way other then running a root kit or sniffer program that isnt available at this time
