You would need to purchase a domain, hosting package, chat software, a billing service (paypal merchant, ccbill, verotel). Then you would need to build the website and advertise for members.

The only thing I can think of would be porn. I mean, seriously, who would want to watch *you* over a lousy resolution webcam?
