Well don't panic just yet 'cause a week isn't all that long. Consider that depending on the size of the company and the volume of sales that they do I mean you're not their only customer. It may take two to three days to process and ship the order.....maybe longer. Then you have to consider shipping time and how far away from you the company is. Always try to get as much info about the company as possible, their physical address, phone number, e-mail address. If they do not answer emails call them or write them a letter(I've had to do this and it worked!) with a delivery confirmation and a return receipt. But you may just need to give it a little more time. Good luck.

Some companies take longer than others to ship things out. If the business is small, they might ship things once a week. It might take time for the order to be processed and for the shipping information to get to the shipper. Especially if the company is shipping to another country. Try e-mailing the contact person several more times before you panic. Perhaps that person has been out of the office. Try to browse the website and look for any other e-mail address and phone numbers. Contact them via that information. The shipping company might be able to help you, too. Try them. And then lastly, if you cannot contact anyone and do not receive your order, assuming you paid by credit card, contact your credit card provider. They might be able to reimburse fraudulent orders. And you might need to cancel that account. If it's a fraud company, they have your credit card information. A lesson for the futre-- order from reputable sites.
