You mis-spelled "Philippines" and "married". Are you sure that you are educated enough to marry a Filipina?

Strange question. Yes, you need a valid passport. It is required in all countries in the world. I do not know of any country that does not require a passport, unless you are an illegal immigrant? Anyway, make sure your passport is valid for the next six months (check your passport expiration). Upon arrival in the Philippines you are automatically given 21 days visa. You can extend this visa in the Immigration office. Renew it at least 10 days before visa expiration. Corruption usually happens when people do things in very last minute. Also, prepare your exit or outward ticket. Airline or immigration officers occasionally checks it.

How long to take her to Canada? Ask the Immigration Office in Canada about your situation. It would be less of a hassle than asking it here in the Philippines.

By the way, congratulations! I hope you are well aware of the Philippine culture? Wedding ceremony? A wedding in the Philippines is a FAMILY affair. Which includes friends and sometimes neighbors. The groom is expected to spend and not the bride. Better check my website about Local culture and Philippine wedding. Ohh before I forget when you invite someone, expect that person to invite another person or sometimes more!

First of all, try doing a spell check next time you ask a question.
As for the passport this may come as a surprise to you but you will also need it to leave and enter Canada. So, without a passport you will not be able to get past your Immigration Officer.
If your a refugee or an illegal immigrant you don't need a passport to enter another country.

I think that once you file all your papers it takes about 6 months before she would be allowed to travel to Canada.
Have you met her yet?

Congratulations to both of you.

Yes, you need a passport. The processing time for a new passport had increased recently so expect to wait approximately a month before you receive a new one.

If all the requirements is in order, it will take approximately less than a year for her to arrive to Canada.

Now that you are going to marry someone from our country, it would be nice if you spell it correctly; it is spelled with one L: Philippines.

i'm very virtually useful which you do decide on your passport to get into Canada now, besides because of the fact the Caribbean. a pal of mine had to get his passport 2 weeks in the past to return and forth to Europe and he suggested that the lines in Washington D.C. have been around the block and there have been T.V. crews accessible asking human beings what they concept in regards to the recent coverage. earlier you probably did no longer decide on a passport for Canada, you in basic terms mandatory an I.D. i've got faith that this has been in result for a pair of month now.

You need a passport coming in the Philippines and you will be granted to stay for 21 days only. but you can extend your stay for months. For your wife to be, it will be easier depends on the availability & completeness of the required documents that you can present at the Canadian embassy.

Yes you will be needing a passport. After you mail the sponsorship application package in Missisauga, Ontario it will take as early as 5mos for her to be granted an immigrant visa if everything is in order.

Yes. You will definitely need a passport to travel from one country to another.

It depends on how you are taking her to Canada. A premanent Resident? Or are you going to petition her etc.

Good Luck.
