I am in India in tamil nadu if i go to america in google earth i can see them clearly as i am there but in India it is not clear y???
and can i see live actions???

you cant see live action. you are not actually looking at information direct from a satilite and the pictures you are looking at are clearer in america because not manny people will look at india so google wont spend a lot of money making thoese pics as good.

No live action in Google Earth.
The photo of my house and town was taken about 5 years ago - which I estimate from the construction of new buildings that is shown in the photo and some that weren't even built yet.
I have also found that there are areas that are blurred and I suspect that there are certain governmental reasons why they have not permitted Google to show these areas.

not all America, only US but wherever you look the images are not in live
