The seller claims to have mailed the package on Feb 20, today is March 7 and still no package...there is no tracking number, the guy just sent it First Class Mail...I bought the item AFTER the auction closed so I can't use the item number for an Ebay dispute...At this point, I am out $192.00...how long should a package take from Oregon to Florida???

If by Surface, could be 6-8 weeks. If First Class Mail, then USPS has messed up, OR the seller has lied

You could try to report the seller using his ID, but you should not have bought somthing outside the control of eBay.

Check the sellers feedback. If he or she has a pretty high number and/or percentage, chances are they're not going to try to screw you over, and sacrifice that high positive feedback rating. I'm sure it'll come, 2 weeks isnt that long yet...don't panic!

if you could cancel payment i would but maybe just hang in there a little longer it is good trip the package has to make and next time be sure to buy within ebay its much safer

BE PATIENT!!! The same thing happened to my sister once, she ordered a Bowflex and it took about two months to get there in first class.

how did you pay him, can you claim the money back that way. this shows why you should buy though e-bay as it would have protected you. although you can still try to report him and see what advice they offer
