In order to use the stuff on these sites, all you have to do is:
1. Find what you like. (Whether it be a contact table, layout, glitter, background or whatnot.)
2. Notice where it tells you to put whatever you're looking at. (Contact Tables are usually put at the end of the "Heros" section, and layouts at the end of the "About Me" section. Check to see about what you want to use.)
3. Copy and paste the coding into wherever you're told, and you're set!

freecodesource.com is a good one with a variety of Myspace junk including layouts.
whateverlife.com is another good one.
