I am not able to get my email on Internet express, i would like to change providers?

I have tried to call the provider but the line is always busy. could anyone help me please

Send them a registered letter to their headquarters address, to the attention of customer service!

In the meantime, get on the yahoo or Google search, type "Internet service providers" and look for a good provider that serves your area.
