Dont think so homey! You might state what type of connection you have and maybe someone can help you with your disconnect prob.

That question doesn't make any sense. A program that simulates being online? What does that even mean? And what does that have to do with you getting disconnected? I'm confused.

There is no substitute for being online.

You may be getting disconnected for any number of reasons, starting with mice nibbling your cables, on up to you having a virus.

check the settings for your connection in the operating system, make sure any timeouts are turned off ( of more than an hour).
