I can't find the new phone website, nor a 1800 no. i have before. are they still in business?

They for some reason might not have a website. One thing you can do is check on www.switchboard.com or www.yellowpages.com which are online phone books. They might have a number listed. Also, you might want to try the better business beaurau at www.bbb.org and see if they are listed in there as still open.
