i want to access mail from yaho or gmail account can i? if yes what is the procedure to do it?

Yahoo! you can't (unless you're on the pay-level Yahoo!). Gmail, you have to go through the account-setup wizard on Outlook Expess. You'll set up an email account with your userid@gmail.com and password, pop.gmail.com and smtp.gmail.com, using ssl for both, port 995 for the POP server and port 465 for the SMTP server. Then you're all set!

With yahoo you will need a pay account. Then go to the HELP in your yahoo email. Just put in that need help with outlook express. They have the directions step by step. That's how I did mine.

I think you have to pay for Yahoo and they give you a "POP" Account. I not sure the free Yahoo work.
In your mail click on "Mail Upgrades"
