No not really unless you know your stuff.[no i don't!] However don't be so suspicious , i always clear all History and Temp' files, it's just good computer practise. That's what i tell my wife anyway!
No really it is good practise and helps keep your comp' less cluttered. Go easy on him...

even if you delete everything a professional could see even after your hard drive has been formatted, but I'm sure your in the clear if you delete your temporary Internet files (click offline files too), cookies and history.

Find the "recent documents" folder too. It keeps tabs. I don't know if clearing what you mentioned clears it too, but I don't think so. Just delete the whole folder. Kill the cookies just to be safe too, if there's the option next to the others. You naughty fellow.

if a professional or a hacker is looking at it, yea. there is cache on your computer that clearing history and temp files does not delete.

yes - hundreds
deleting windows files does not actually delete them - so any recovery program can find them again
also your isp probably has a list of pages you have seen
to mention just two that is

ha ha! What have you been viewing?! Yes, there is, depending on what anti-virus software you use. There may be a log in it of all sites visited. It's easy to clean, you just have to find it. Good luck! ;-)
