If you're using yahoo mail, then log in to your account and go to "Mail Option" there's a section there named "Block Addresses" that lets you add domain names or email addresses to be blocked from your account.

You can mark the sender as 'trash' in some email programs (or add the facility to do this on to others) and then it will go straight to the trash filter.
