The video only plays for 2 secs and it freezes. I've tried to forward it, and it also plays for 2 secs. Anyone know why is it acting this way?

redownload macromedia(technically adobe) flash and get a newer version.

Try cleaning out your "temporary internet files." You hadn't stated which browser you're using so you'll need to muck your way through the menus to figure out how to do so.

Maybe You need a new version of Java or a new video card.

its probably your internet or the video it self try another and if it happens again then its your internet.
