Is there a way to block certain links on website, but the not the entire site itself?

I want to block access to someone looking at certain profiles on things such as myspace and facebook, however I do not want to block the entire site. Is there a way to do this, and if so how? Preferrably with a free software.

You can't block certain items on a site unless it's advertisements. You have to block the entire site.
