No dude, you can't change your identity. You're just going to have to deal with the consequences of your actions, unfortunately. It sounds like you're blaming everybody but yourself for the fact that you have a criminal record. People have clean records because they stay out of trouble, not because they're "lucky."

You can't run away from warrants forever. You need to take care of your problems so that you can move on. As long as you're honest with a potential employer, they probably won't have a problem hiring you. Just don't lie! That's the worst thing you can do.

Oh, by the way, it's spelled misdemeanor, not mistermeaner.

If I were you, I would 'fess up to my employer when filling out the employment application. In most cases, when you sign the application you are stating that the facts stated above are true and correct. Any falsehood on the application could be used as grounds for dismissal.
If you act correctly, and can show your employer that you have changed your ways, most will be willing to give you a chance. It ain't your name and birth date which are the controlling factor, it is usually your social security number. Don't try to change that, the Feds usually take umbrage at that sort of thing.
Look at it this way, if the illegal aliens can get jobs and work, why can't you??
