You can either buy a new computer, update your existing hardware or try do a fresh install of your operating system.

just because u scanned it doesn't mean the stuff is gone get some virus protection or fix the problem or try restarting.... otherwise get a new computer

do a complete restore or run msconfig and find out if you have any programs running in the background
